Caleb has lived most of his life in Colorado ranging from Leadville, Golden, Evergreen and now in Highlands Ranch. He has spent much of his time outdoors doing anything physical. Caleb graduated from Columbine High School in 1998 as a two sport athlete. Baseball was his sport of choice which he went on to play in college. He was brought back to Colorado before completing his degree and spent seven years working in the construction industry as a glazer. Caleb finished his degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Central Missouri where he also played football. After an internship process with Kent Paul (Former Mr. Colorado), Caleb found a passion to become a personal trainer. Currently he has worked with clients ranging from type 2 diabetics suffering from obesity to NFL football players, and ages ranging from 8 to 69 years old. He has found in his experience each individual has different motives and has developed a style to bring forth the true fit individual inside. He believes that health and fitness should not be a negative experience, rather a positive lifestyle change.
In Caleb’s experience he has found that although he enjoys working with each and every person, athletics is his true passion. He cannot accept the idea of the end of an athletic career, as in his life he continues to compete in multiple sports. At any point in your athletic career Caleb can assist you in prolonging and improving your athletic performance.
Caleb believes you get back what you put in. He understands we are all human and deserve to live life, no fitness should be dreaded and nor should the idea of hard work. He believes accountability is the most important aspect to fitness, if you encounter a small failure it’s not the end of the world rather a new chance to start. Caleb says, “With the right support and team around you the sky is the limit…let’s get fit!”
