Wesley Arnett has been a health, fitness and wellness professional for the past 10 plus years. As an Elite Performance Coach he brings professional level experience in 1 on 1 personal training, small group training, boot camp course instruction (up to 50 people) and strength and conditioning coaching at the High School, College and Professional levels. Wesley carries a passion to assist any and all individuals in reaching their personal goals with the philosophy that happiness in fitness is not only physical, it is emotional. A Happy and Healthy lifestyle is a goal that Wesley strives to achieve with every client. There is no better feeling for Wesley when clients reach those goals they have set for themselves.

Wesley received 3 degrees during his college career at Pima College and the University of Arizona (AA of Sports Science, BS Physiology and Masters in Sports Psychology). Wesley has had a life long love of sports and exercise. With starting with baseball at 4 years old, Boxing at 11 years only, then wrestling, jui-jitsu and football at 13. During High School was a 3-sport athlete (Wrestling, Football and Baseball), receiving all-state honors in Baseball and Wrestling. In College Wesley earned All-American honors in Wrestling. In those years of College, Wesley became a nationally certified personal trainer with his A.C.E certification in 2000. He furthered his higher level of training with receiving his NASM certification in 2007.

Wesley specializes in many areas of health, fitness and wellness; Weight loss, Weight gain, sports/injury rehab, functional training, core conditioning, strength/conditioning/performance coaching for wrestling, boxing, baseball, MMA, golf, tennis, basketball, football, volleyball, lacrosse, swimming, cycling, track and soccer.

Believing that happiness is the number one priority in life, Wesley also is a Happiness Life Coach. While using techniques of Psychology, Buddhism Philosophies and personal experiences, he assist clients by stepping out of the box, looking in with hopes of reaching their highest true levels of happiness.
